CUSTOMERS NOTICE:

Electro-Experts is monitoring the situation regarding the COVID-19, we remain active and act quickly to deploy concrete measures to protect the health and safety of the public and our team members.

• We will ask you questions about the health of members of your household. If you are under quarantined or if you come back from another country within the last 2 weeks.
• Our technicians will make sure to clean their hands before and after each visit and be advised that none of our technician present flue symptoms.
• keeping a distance of at least 2 arms-length (approximately 2 metres) from the technician at all time.
• A mask will be worn by our technician during the service call.
• For out of warranty service our agent will require your credit card number in order to avoid any contact with our technician. No cash payment will be allowed.

In store:

• Do not enter any of our premises if you are experiencing flue symptoms.
• Wash your hand upon entering and before exiting
• Caugh or sneeze into your elbow
• Keep a distance of at lest 2 meters between yourself and others
• Credit card payment is mandatory. No cash.
• Wearing mask is mandatory in order to follow public safety measures.

Electro-Experts and their employees have every right at any time to deny service to anyone who does not follow these prevention measures.
