A second technician needed
The base price is doubled. An estimate will be established with you before servicing.

All repairs are guaranteed 90 days. If the problem returns, contact us and we will repair your device free of charge if the problem is related to the previous repair carried out by our technicians.

Procedure

We offer the services of our specialized technicians to repair all your appliances, for a wide range of brands. Our technicians are trained by manufacturers and have access to all technical lines, service bulletins and technical data.

To make a service call

1. Call 1-888-915-8888 (toll free) or fill out the application online or access our online chat via our website.
2. Schedule an appointment on your preferred date, specifying your preference for either morning or afternoon. (While we do our best, we may not always be able to accommodate your request).
3. The day before your appointment, you will receive a text message after 7:30 PM indicating a time slot, which you will need to confirm. If we do not receive your confirmation, we will contact you on the morning of the appointment to confirm your availability. If we are unable to reach you, please call us back at 1-888-915-8888 (toll-free) as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
4. We also offer the option to call you 30 minutes before the technician’s arrival. Simply request this when scheduling your appointment.

Broken appliance

We are committed to order the parts needed to repair your device within two hours. However, we are not responsible for any delays in parts delivery, since we are subject to our distributors and manufacturers own potential delays. Be assured that you can count on the largest parts inventory in Quebec.

An emergency ?

We consider an emergency a refrigerator that cools no longer, since there is a risk of loss of food.

We therefore offer you the earliest possible date and we will put you on the emergency list so your request becomes a priority if ever there was withdrawal by another client.
